Steven Hutson grew up in Los Angeles, between Hollywood Boulevard and Route 66. From a very early age, he  always wanted to be a writer. But fate had other ideas, and he ended up operating a freelance editing service. Then managing a writers'  conference. And now for the past 15 years, he has worked as a literary  agent.
